Hotel Blume Interlaken

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the awesome breakfast spread with fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The nearby Mexican eatery is awesome with its friendly staff and vibrant flavors. Plus, I enjoyed my solo room which was nicely equipped for my needs.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Comfortable place with EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff and fast wi-fi. A wide array of fabulous options for meal. Beautiful stunning location, very close to everything in town. And just off Interlaken, a Mexican restaurant, and the Jungfrautrasse bus station.

Enjoyed the superb Nespresso coffee each morning. Paul's helpful nature and handy local parking tips made our stay smooth despite the lack of an elevator, which made for some tiring stair climbs.

There were central heating, a laptop-compatible safe and multi-channel TV in the room, truly enjoyed that. The meals in the restaurant were outstanding. The property was in the center of the city.

Pack light for the stairs. Enjoy the good breakfast and the cozy family-run atmosphere.

The hotel was very close to the interlaken west station - less than a 5 min walk, which was its main attraction for us. We travelled extensively around Bernese Oberland, Luzern etc and location of hotel was key. The shared bathrooms were spotless and breakfast was excellent. Rooms are small but were good enough for us.

staff is nice, breakfast is good, the hotel is close to the bus stop for Interlaken West and Ost statoin. very easy to reach every site of the town.wifi is very good everywhere in the hotel.

The hotel has no elevator. Our room was on the fourth floor. The stairs are pretty steep. We weren't warned about it. That's why we couldn't get into our room this afternoon.

An excellent location just minutes from the train station. The breakfast was more than just good. It featured delicious homemade cakes that were a good surprise. The friendly host, Paul, makes the experience even better with his warm service.

Location of the hotel is very good it was just a walking distance from Interlaken West Railway station. All main market of Interlaken was around the hotel itself. Morning breakfast was good. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful.

Lift was not there in the hotel. But we hadn't faced any problem as our room was on 1st floor.

the hotel located in the centre of Interlaken, we got a room with shared bathroom which we asked for and under the roof - the bathroom was surprisingly very clean.

The room was very small and because of the location under the roof we had very low and uncomfortable ceiling in most of the room - we constantly feared to bang out heads on the ceiling (and we're not basketball players)

The breakfast was good with fresh fruit and excellent coffee made to order. The hotel had a cute family vibe.

My wife says that the bathroom situation could be improved for families.

1. No lift 2. No dryer in the room as said in web site 3. Owner/Reception had very bad service

This is an exceptional hotel for people who are looking for a short stay at Interlaken. The hotels rates are moderate when compared to the generic price at Switzerland hotels. The staff is excellent and very helpful.
